Domestic Shipments (except Hawaii/Alaska): Most packages will be shipped via FedEx ground. Most domestic shipments include insurance and tracking or delivery confirmation.
Shipments to Hawaii/Alaska: Please call or send email ahead in order to obtain a correct shipping price. Orders placed without shipping verification may end up costing you more than if you had called. You may be subject to additional charges, should the actual shipping price be greater than that quoted.
International Shipments: You must call or send us an email prior to placing an order to obtain correct shipping price and method. We will ship your package via the lowest priced carrier available to us, with which we do business. Many packages will be shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail International. All international shipments include insurance. Shipping transit time is the responsibility of the shipping company and the receiving country. For international shipments buyer is responsible for paying any duty fees and/or taxes imposed by customs at time of delivery. You must have a verified PayPal account or be able to do bank wire transfers. There is an extra fee for bank wire transfers of usually around US $35. No credit cards will be accepted for international orders other than Canada.
Warranty and Returns: All items must be inspected for freight damages immediately upon their reception. Please contact us if you have problems with a recently received item. Most items have full manufacturer’s warranties in place. We will replace damaged or defective merchandise within the first 30 days after purchase by exchanging the item for an item which is the same or similar. If we are unable to exchange the item, buyer will receive a store credit for the amount paid (excluding tax) for the returned item or a refund will be given. Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We only accept returns for defective or damaged items; all items returned must be in their original boxes. Otherwise, all sales are final and no refunds will be given. There is no warranty for items shipped internationally. However, if customer is willing to ship back to us at their expense, sometimes we can get the item repaired under warranty and send back to you. This will be determined on a case by case basis.
